Bestrane Support

Bestrane aims to provide superior support to its customers. To enable this, Bestrane provides online support request submission and management. This allows our customers to place support request calls which will be logged, acknowledged, and routed to the appropriate Bestrane Support Representative.

 

All customers are able to submit support requests, and will be notified via email/telephone of updates.

Registered customers are able to subit support requests, and manage requests directly through our support portal.
