Bestrane Group was founded in 2001 to address the gap in market created by traditional management consultants and technology vendors. Traditionally Technology implementations failed at many businesses as the necessary skills were not present in the business to manage and fully utilise the technology. Traditional management consultants are costly and a short term solution to the problem.

Bestrane combines technology with consulting to deliver a unique blend of technology enabled consulting representing genuine value for money. Bestrane offers managed services around best of breed applications to allow our clients to maximise the return from the technology whilst minimising the risk associated with running it.

Bestrane has developed its own unique managed service known as ‘Focus 8020’ which gives clients ongoing visibility into the net margin generated by their various products, customers, services, sales offices, suppliers and branches. ‘Focus 8020’ has been a great success with over a dozen clients signing up for the managed service within 18 months of its development.

Bestrane’s consultants are multi skilled individuals who all possess technical, analytical, project and change management skills.
